This Delivery Policy explains how Carlos Simpson Design Studio delivers digital products, physical goods, and services purchased through our website. It applies to orders placed via WooCommerce and related checkout flows.

- Digital products: downloadable files (e.g., PDFs, templates, digital publications) delivered by download link or customer account access.
- Physical goods: shipped items (e.g., prints, books, packaged items) delivered by courier/postal service.
- Services: design and consulting services delivered digitally (files, links, meetings) or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive confirmation, check spam/junk folders and then contact us.
2) Digital products (instant delivery)
Digital products are typically delivered immediately after purchase via:
- an on-screen download link after checkout,
- an email containing download details, and/or
- your customer account (if enabled).
If your download link does not arrive or does not work, contact us at designstudio@carlossimpson.com with your order number and email used at checkout.

3) Physical goods (shipping)
Processing time: Physical orders are usually processed within [5–10] business days before dispatch (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

4) Services (delivery of design work)
Services are delivered according to the scope, milestones, and timelines agreed in writing (proposal, email confirmation, or contract). Unless agreed otherwise, deliverables are provided digitally (files, links, or shared folders).
- Start date: confirmed after payment (if applicable) and receipt of required project inputs.
- Delays: timelines may shift if inputs, approvals, or feedback are delayed.
- Final delivery: provided after agreed payments and approvals are completed.
If you sell “service products” through WooCommerce, ensure each product page states what is included and the typical delivery window.
5) Problems with delivery
If there is an issue, contact us promptly with your order number.
- Digital delivery issues: contact us within [7] days of purchase for support.
- Physical goods damaged in transit: notify us within [48] hours of delivery with photos of packaging and item.
- Missing parcels: notify us within [7] days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate carrier checks.
Note: For physical items, we may require evidence (photos and packaging) to raise a claim with the carrier.
