What shipping methods are available?

There are a few types of freight shipping:

  • Air freight via planes
  • Ocean freight via ships
  • Ground freight via trucks
  • Multimodal freight via a combination of vehicles
How long will it take to get my package?

It will take a maximum of two to three weeks to receive your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping tends to cost more than domestic delivery but fortunately, all CARLOS SIMPSON™ international shipping are free.

Do you offer insurance?

All the items are 100% guaranteed to be delivered.

How do I place an order?

Steps to place an order:

  1. Select the items which you want to order.
  2. Add those items to your “Shopping Cart”.
  3. After reviewing your shopping basket, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  4. You may be prompted to create an account or sign into your CARLOS SIMPSON™ account. You can sign in using your mobile number or email address if you already have an account.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t have to.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please get in touch as soon as you decide you want to change it.

How do I track my order?

Because delivery is free of charge when you purchase any CARLOS SIMPSON™ products, the tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the item is sent.

How can I return a product?

CARLOS SIMPSON™ only accepts returns in case the item is damaged. If this is the case, send an email explaining the situation and request your refund.
